2018 Sal

Sal debuted with the 2012 vintage when we were afforded the opportunity to work with Cabernet Sauvignon from the outstanding May’s Discovery Vineyard in the Horse Heaven Hills of Washington state. Sal is barrel fermented and aged in 100% new French oak for 22 months. This special reserve bottling is named after Morgan’s amazing wife, Sally. Our sixth vintage of Sal and one of best received. This wine really shows the potential of the Horse Heaven Hills to produce amazing cabernet. Cabernet that isn't just ripe fruit but beautifully savory as well.
