Our very first sparkling wine was made possible with the help of our friend Christian Grieb of Treveri Cellars. Christian and his family specialize in making only Traditional Method sparkling wine in Washington State. Christian gave us the ability to make our very own blend of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier. We then aged the wine on lees in the bottle for almost two years before it was disgorged in early October of this year. You are going to love this.
