Wine Wednesday Ticket | 4pm
Two Vintners + Covington Cellars would like to invite you to a special Wine Wednesday in collaboration with Seattle Sounders' Kelyn Rowe, in support of the Jessie Rees NEGU Foundation for pediatric cancer.
On Wednesday, May 19th from 4 PM to 8 PM, at the Two Vintners tasting room in Woodinville, Seattle Sounder Kelyn Rowe and I will be hosting an evening of wine for a great cause.
As many of you know, I have a very personal connection to the effects of cancer, having lost my younger brother Tanner to this terrible disease three years ago. Teaming up to fight cancer, especially in children, is something that I'm deeply committed to.
A little bit about the Jessie Rees Foundation:
The mission of the Jessie Rees Foundation is to encourage every kid fighting cancer to Never Ever Give Up! We fulfill our mission by connecting with families, bringing awareness to their stories, offering them a network of helpful resources and sending the entire family continual doses of encouragement throughout their journey.
The long term vision of the Jessie Rees Foundation is to become a global symbol of help and hope in the childhood cancer space, so every kid fighting cancer and their family have the support, encouragement and resources to fight!
Our daily inspiration will always be twelve year old Jessie Rees. Her heart to help other kids fighting cancer back in 2011 as she was fighting terminal cancer is what started this tidewater of compassion and sustains us today.

A little bit about Kelyn Rowe:
Kelyn is currently in his 10th season as a professional soccer player. After spending many years in Boston playing for the New England Revolution, he returned home in January of 2021 to play for the Seattle Sounders. Rowe has been heavily involved in several philanthropic efforts, most notably his work with the Jessie Rees Foundation and Team NEGU (Never, Ever Give Up). Beginning in 2014, Kelyn partnered with the foundation to create game day experiences for children battling cancer. With help from both fans and teammates, he has been able to provide memorable experiences for these children and their families, as well as a night away from the hospital. In addition to being a soccer player and philanthropist, Rowe is also a wine enthusiast. He completed his WSET Level 2 with Distinction at the beginning of this year. Kelyn’s goal is to bring his life’s three passions — Soccer, Philanthropy, and Wine.
*Each $20 ticket will purchase a "Joy Jar"
JoyJars are for kids actively fighting cancer under the age of 18. Each one of Jessie’s JoyJars are age and gender specific and filled with new toys and activities to help a child fighting cancer smile and feel loved.
